Glasgow 1
Mt Pleasant 4

Randi Goodman is harsh on the extinct! She put two past the Auks last Friday and four in the Dragon’s cage in just thirty minutes this week, with Heather Stevens assisting on three of the four. Amber Harmon for the Dragons.

McKean 1
Christiana 0

Marissa Coppol from Laura Yanacek for the game’s only goal.

Red Lion 2
Charter 5

The Force got four-point games from juniors Renee Hadley (2,2) and Alyssa Pietrobono (1,3) in bouncing back from Wednesday’s loss.

Concord 3
Sanford 6

Sanford’s season of high expectations finally commenced. It was worth the wait as the Warriors came out flying, sprinting to a 3-0 lead in a stroke-filled first half. Alexis Esbitt converted a pair from the dot with Catalina Epalza chipping in two goals and Hannah Kuranz a goal and two assists. Kelly Fox scored twice for the Raiders.

Brandywine 1
Tower Hill 3

Lauren Ianni’s goal in the final seconds of the first half was the killer blow; 0-2 was difficult but 0-3 was insurmountable. Brandywine rallied after orange-time and scored the second half’s only goal. Freshmen scored three of the afternoon’s four goals, Mary Hobbs and Meghan Lyons for Tower, Mary Frances Meier for Brandywine.

St Andrew’s 1
Friends 5

Friends win their first taking full advantage of the Cardinals’ defensive naiveté. Elissa Cashman and Kyle Knight combined for three goals and three assists while enjoying "unmarked" afternoons. The Cardinal defense must tighten up; Sanford visits Tuesday.

Lake Forest 0
William Penn 6

William Penn went all in with three deuces from Blythe Mackie, Brittany Harrison and Jordan Draper. Tricia Dean with three assists.

St Elizabeth 0
Archmere 4

Four different goal scores for the Auks, Sarah Pedrick, her first since coming over from Ursuline, Tori Gagliardi, Ashley Murphy and Lauren Boothe.
