Sussex Tech 2

Wildcats captured this back and forth contest on Alison Bloodsworth’s late goal. The sophomores did all the damage for Delmar with Hali Ramey and Katie McMahon joining in the fun. Lauren Correll and Caitlin McCarthy for the Black Crows. Both teams are off to Maryland next, ST to Worcester Prep and Delmar to Parkside.

Polytech 1
Lake Forest 3

Lake win their first on Ms Betts’ pair. The Southern Spartans come North Saturday to take on the Basin Roadsters.

Concord 3
McKean 0

Kim Tunell a pair for the Raiders. Last year in two games with Concord and WCS, the Highlanders surrendered 18 goals, this season, in a game and a half with those opponents, just eight. In any case, the Highlanders can’t wait to have at Christiana Friday.

Concord visits Sanford Friday. I don’t believe the Warriors have played a game yet. Their tune-up at Westtown was postponed yesterday.

Alanna Coppol the GW, Alli Schoch two assists. Sophomore Laura Burkett, the new Force GK, has faced 50 shots in her first two games. On deck, for Brandywine, the Tower of Power, for Charter, unbeaten Red Lion.

Kayla Cloutier and Tina Gunn do all the damage for the Dragons in a replay of last year’s scoreless tie played on the turf.

Lionesses fight back from 0-2 hole, a rarity against stingy Warrior defense. Christy Gibbons both from Jessica Young. Katie Love and Camile Walker for WCS. RLC at Charter Friday; WCS shell-shocked D can regroup until next week.

This one was over early. Erica Crile, a hat, Brooke Tadlock one and two helpers. Next up for Mtown a Flight A biggie at Charter. The woes continue for Delcastle, they face a brutal stretch, Bwine, Penn and Mount, over the next week.
