The Senators were up 1-0 at the turnaround, courtesy of Amanda Knox, before Kelsey Riggleman equalized just after the break. After 55 minutes, with the score still level, Seaford’s offense, somnolent all season, suddenly comes alive and pours in five goals in the final five minutes. Ms Riggleman added two of the five for her first career hat.

Seaford is now 8-5 with three to play, all against tournament contenders, Sussex Tech, Indian River and Tatnall. Dover still must face Cape, IR and CR.

Christiana
St Thomas More

Wilmington Christian 2
Sussex Central 1

Katie Love both for WCS, Amber Serman for SC. That’s back to back wins for the Warriors.
