A I Dupont 3
Friends 5

Five different Quakers knocked on wood for Friends; Dana Jamison scored a pair for AI, her 18th and 19th. Leslie Jaffee recorded 17 saves to keep AI in the game. Friends (5-3-1) has a good chance at the tournament but it won’t be easy. Coming attractions include Tower, Sanford, Brandywine and Tatnall twice. The Tatnall encounters will be vital, as the field should include either Tatnall or Friends but not both.

Red Lion 1
Archmere 6

Archmere’s best offensive performance of the season follows their worst. Annie Wilcox with a hat trick, her first goals of the season; Mary Reilly with an assist, her first point of the season. Auks just finished three games in four days and have Padua Friday. Carmen Emerson for the Lionesses in RLC’s third game in five days, they welcome Westtown Thursday.

Tatnall 0
Tower Hill 2

Sophomores Lindsay Griffith and Anna Teruya for Tower. Hillers host Sanford Thursday. Tatnall, very much alive at 5-5, must get to nine wins through Archmere, Sanford, Seaford, St Andrew’s and Friends twice.

St Andrew’s 0
Wilmington Christian 4

Meredith Sample a pair, Jessica Kay three assists for the Warriors. SAS back in action after a long hiatus.

Cape Henlopen 4
Lake Forest 1

Mallory Talbot and Erin Bailey two pair; Amanda Deloy two helpers. Abby Hill for Lake. Cape visits Dover Saturday
