Meredith Brown assisted on the Hoosiers’ OT game winner as #7 and 13-1 Indiana nipped #9 and 12-3 Ohio State in double overtime. Jackie Ciconte scored twice in the Terps’ 4-1 victory over Princeton. She also celebrated "Senior Day" with a goal against Delaware. Her 14 goals lead the Terps. Michigan State defeated Central Michigan behind two goals from Michelle Huynh-Ba and an assist from Maggie Giddens. Ashley Judge picked up an assist in the Tar Heels’ 7-0 rout of Davidson. Paige Schmidt scored four goals for Princeton this week with big sister Hillary assisting on all four. The Spiders terrorized Philly field hockey with two lopsided wins over visitors from Philadelphia. Shannon Taylor had four goals and two assists, Whitney Wells two and one. Julia Drewes converted a stroke in Stanford’s 3-0 win over Longwood. Sara Schmidt contributed a PC assist as her Wildcats rallied from a 0-4 halftime deficit to upset Louisville 6-5 in OT. Carly Falgowski recorded an assist in the Tribe’s 4-0 win over Pacific. Dani Schneider assisted in Catawba’s 4-3 win over Philadelphia. Dawn Eddis assisted on the OT GW as Delaware Valley edged Widener 4-3. Meghan Hihn scored for Dickinson in a 3-1 loss at Muhlenberg. Alli Stanley picked up a pair of assists for Elizabethtown in a 2-0 week. Brittany Croll scored four times for Franklin & Marshall against Bryn Mawr. Jamie Zubrow was named the Centennial Conference POW for scoring three goals in Blue Jay wins over Swarthmore and F&M. Kim Brown recorded her eighth shutout of the year, a 1-0, double overtime thriller over the Battling Bishops. Lynchburg enjoyed a three-win week behind Andrea Fleming’s four goals and Dawn McGaha’s GW against Catholic. Dani Unflat scored in both Green Terror wins this week. Jenna Schwind paced Messiah with four goals on the week. Noelle Kanaga assisted on the GW as MIT topped Wheaton 2-0. The Gulls, with a 3-0 week, are off on a new streak behind their Delaware contingent. Brittany Elliott scored six goals and added two assists, Danielle Twilley had one of each, and Tracey Lloyd converted a penalty stroke. Caitlin Meara scored for the Crusaders in their win over Albright. Kate Lester had an assist in the Generals’ 3-0 win over Sewanee.
